We have a range of facilities to make sure your stay is as relaxed as possible.
Our licensed bar/lounge is a comfortable place to relax and unwind or meet new friends. Why not take advantage of the freeview tv to catch up on your soaps or use the dvd player to watch a film. We also have a portable dvd player if you would like to watch films in your room. For abit of fun on a rainy day why not make use of the Playstation two and range of games available to you.
At the front of the Guesthouse we have a cosy conservatory where you can enjoy a complimentary tea or coffee while making the most of the wonderful views of Gynn Gardens and the Irish Sea.

Smoking:
South Lea is a completely non smoking, but guests are welcome to smoke in our patio area.
Pets:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any pets.
Cancellations:
No refunds for cancellation within 7 days of arrival. Cancellations up to 7 days from arrival will forfeit deposit only.
Parking:
Free on street parking is available or there is a large pay and display car park opposite which charges very reasonable rates.
Guests:
The South Lea can only accept couples and families. Single sex parties will be refused entry and the deposit will be forfeited.
